Leora Friedman, a junior at Princeton University, is trying to change the lives of seriously ill patients through her love of music and passion for philanthropy. At the age of 15, she began the organization Music Is Medicine and what started as a local service project has since transformed into an award-winning organization that has bettered the lives of countless young patients. We surprised Leora with a grant for her organization as well as a date to the VMAs with Glee star Darren Criss where the two will walk the Red Carpet to bring attention to her worthy cause.
